ThriveCart If you are selling high priced products and/or services, this is a fantastic cart with the function to set up funnels, affiliate programs and checkout bump offers, just to name a few things.
AmazonS3 This is a great affordable tool that hosts your downloadable files in a safe and secure place for your clients and customers to download on demand.
Vimeo I love Vimeo when it comes to hosting my videos. With amazing security settings to keep your valuable content safe, secure and private, it is a must-have if you make online courses or private content for your clients.
Canva I have used Canva for years for everything from logos to social media graphics to ebooks. It is super easy to use and share your work with clients or staff for editing. We use the pro version for the extra bells and whistles however, the free version does most of what you need.
Befunky I recently found this photo editor and feel instantly in love. It allows me to take everyday photos and turn them into them into the works of art you see on the site.
Creative Market This marketplace is where you will find just about everything you need for your creative projects. With commercial and extended licenses available with your purchases, it is a must-have for any business offering creative design projects.
Etsy This is a fantastic marketing place to find unique products created by some very talented people plus it is also a wonderful marketplace to sell on.
CanStock Photo I have used this site for years to purchase images for my business. It offers very affordable packages plus it has great terms of service for the use for the images you buy.
Buffer We use buffer to schedule our social media posts as well as our clients. It is a super easy tool to use and very helpful in keeping regular content rolling out while you focus on your clients.
Hootsuite We use Hootsuite for some of our clients. It helps them to keep track of the conversations happening across multiple social media platforms and schedule content.
Linktree This tool allows you to create a dynamic experience with the one link that Instagram allows you. You can now add multiple CTAs to your Instagram bio.
Basecamp This has been so helpful keeping my staff organized and allowing our clients to see the progress we are making. We would be completely lost without it.
Google Drive We use google drive for more than just storage. It is a very useful tool when it comes to creating documents for our team and our clients. Allowing multiple people to share and edit at the same time, it takes the hassles out of sending docs back and forth...plus if you are like me and can’t find anything in your computer, it allows your assistant to find it for you lol
Stripe This is the online credit card payment platform we use to process orders including our subscriptions.
Paypal Trusted around the world, PayPal allows us to take orders through our website.
ActiveCampaign This is the email service provider we use for our list. It has a lot of advanced features which can be very helpful when using segmentation with your content and subscribers.
Mailchimp This is great email service provider for beginners especially.
Lastpass When sharing passwords with clients, staff, and contractors this is a must. It has the ability to share passwords without the other person ever seeing what it is and if you are like me and forget your login details all the time, this is a must have.
Box This is a useful tool to store and share files with clients.
Camtasia This is a fantastic tools for screen capture and for creating video content for social media and online courses.
